James Morris Addresses Conference of the American College of Civil Trial Mediation

June 26, 2017: Upstate New York Mediator James E. Morris addressed the annual Conference of the American College of Civil Trial Mediation held June 25-27 in Half Moon Bay, California. Mr. Morris contributed to a discussion involving over 40 full-time mediators on mass casualty torts and mediation resolution. Mr. Morris shared his experiences with a recent bus accident mediation that involved more than 50 claims.
