James E. Morris Addresses MCBA on Topic of Alternative Dispute Resolution: Mediation vs. Litigation

On December 7, 2017, James Morris participated in the Monroe County Bar Association Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar entitled "Effective ADR: Getting the Most for Your Clients without Resorting to Litigation". Mr. Morris and two other presenters discussed how ADR is utilized in court and private settings. Attorneys who attended the event learned how to develop Alternative Dispute Resolution skills and be more effective in their practice.
